Dressler Courier has gone above and beyond service when we have been in a bind. They are always very friendly and professional. You guys have been doing great for us. I want you to know that when I was choosing a courier I figured I would go with you b/c I never had a problem with your company when we were all at OWP/P. I had to interview other companies so that I could say that I did and I have to tell you – you blew everyone else out of the water! I received sales packets with my name spelled incorrectly (understandable) and the company name misspelled too (not understandable!), account reps visiting me for the first time in jeans and t-shirts completely unknowledgeable about their company and services and worse while I was interviewing other couriers. Every time I receive a delivery from another company I think “Thank goodness we have Dressler!”
Thank you to you and your staff for all that you do. Getting deliverables out and to our clients is my responsibility and I am so thankful that I can count on your group. I am confident sending your group to our clients as representatives of AEI. Your drivers are always courteous and well-mannered, not to mention well-dressed and professional.
